The business class experience

Bangkok Airways Blue Ribbon Club features Recliner with generous pitch. Seat width is 18.5 inches and fully extended bed length is 38 inches pitch — comfortable for passengers up to about 6'3" (190cm) to sleep fully flat. The seat layout on Bangkok Airways's long-haul widebody aircraft typically offers direct aisle access for every business class passenger, so you never have to climb over a seatmate.

In-flight entertainment is delivered via Overhead monitors, no personal screens. Dining on Bangkok Airways: Thai cuisine, complimentary meals on all flights. Baggage allowance in business class: 2 × 30kg checked. All flights include amenity kits, premium bedding, and priority boarding/baggage handling.

Lounges and ground experience

At the home hub: Bangkok Airways Boutique Lounge (BKK/USM). At other airports worldwide: Own lounges at Koh Samui, Sukhothai. Lounge access is included with your business class ticket — you show your boarding pass at the lounge entrance and receive food, drinks, WiFi, and dedicated workspaces until boarding time.

On the ground at departure, Bangkok Airways business class passengers get dedicated check-in counters, fast-track security lanes where available, and priority boarding.
