Elite Travel Technologies LLC (DBA BookMyBusinessClass.com) operates a customer-care communications program spanning phone calls, text messages (SMS), WhatsApp, and email. Texts and WhatsApp messages are sent from our toll-free line +1 (888) 885-5331, and you can reach our specialist desk by phone at +1 (866) 699-4488. All communications relate to the flight itinerary, fare quote, or booking you contacted us about. By providing your phone number and email and opting in, you agree to the terms on this page.
1. Program Description
When you request a fare quote or contact a specialist, we may reach you by phone call, text message (SMS), WhatsApp message, or email to deliver booking-related communications, including:
- Fare quotes and itinerary options you requested
- Booking confirmations, e-ticket delivery notices, and payment receipts
- Airline schedule-change and irregular-operations (delay/cancellation) alerts
- Direct replies and follow-ups from the airline specialist handling your trip
- Time-sensitive service notices tied to an active booking or inquiry
This is a conversational customer-care program only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on any channel, and consent is never a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in to receive these communications by taking both of the following steps on our itinerary request form at https://bookmybusinessclass.com/contact-us:
- Entering your mobile phone number and email address in the form, and
- Checking the consent box — which is unchecked by default — that reads verbatim:
“By checking this box, I agree to receive customer-care communications — including phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp messages, and emails — from BookMyBusinessClass.com (Elite Travel Technologies LLC) at the phone number and email address provided, including messages sent using an autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive these communications is never a condition of any purchase, quote, or service. You may decline and still receive a full quote and booking by your preferred channel.
3. Contact Frequency
Frequency varies based on your booking activity and the conversation with your specialist. There is no fixed recurring schedule — we contact you only as your inquiry or booking requires.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to text, WhatsApp, and data-based communications, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BookMyBusinessClass.com does not charge you for the messages themselves; any charges come from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP) & Get Help (HELP)
- STOP: Reply STOP to any text or WhatsApp message at any time to cancel messaging. You will receive a single confirmation, after which we will send no further texts. To resume, you may opt in again through the form.
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email support@bookmybusinessclass.com to be removed.
- Calls: Tell the specialist on any call that you no longer wish to be contacted by phone, and we will honor it.
- HELP: Reply HELP for assistance, text or call our SMS line at +1 (888) 885-5331, or contact us at support@bookmybusinessclass.com or +1 (866) 699-4488.
6. Privacy & Your Contact Information
We respect the privacy of your contact information. No contact information — including your phone number, email address, and your consent — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use your phone number and email solely to deliver the booking-related communications described above and to operate this program with our messaging and email providers, who are contractually bound to use it only to deliver our communications.
All handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
7. Supported Carriers & Liability
Supported carriers include major US wireless providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
