We believe in transparent pricing. Here is a complete breakdown of our service and post-ticketing fees.

Elite Travel Technologies LLC (DBA BookMyBusinessClass.com) operates as a specialist consolidator agency. Our IATA-trained agents source net fares through our host consolidator network. Our revenue comes from the difference between the net fare we secure and the price we charge you — which is still significantly below published retail. We do not add hidden booking fees or surprise surcharges to your fare quote. The fees listed below cover specific services that require additional work from our team beyond the standard booking process.
1. Booking Fees
For standard business class, first class, and premium economy bookings, we do not charge a separate booking fee. Our margin is built into the consolidator fare, which remains well below retail pricing. The following services, however, may carry a fee:

| Expedited overnight ticketing | $75 | Surcharge for client-requested immediate ticketing between 10pm - 7am ET, weekends, or US holidays. Our desk is staffed 24/7; this fee applies only to rush ticketing in the overnight window. |
2. Post-Ticketing Service Fees
After your ticket has been issued, certain changes and services require additional work from our team. These fees cover the labor of processing changes with airline reservation systems, not the airline's own change or cancellation penalties (which are separate and determined by your fare rules).

| Seat selection / upgrade request | $0 | We process seat selection and upgrade requests at no charge. Airline seat-selection fees, if any, are passed through at cost. |
| Special service request (SSR) | $0 | Adding special meals, wheelchair assistance, bassinet requests, or frequent-flyer numbers after ticketing. No charge from us. |
| Ticket revalidation / reissuance | $100 | When an airline schedule change requires ticket reissuance or when a ticket needs to be revalidated due to expired validity. Airline fees, if any, are additional. |

3. Services We Never Charge For
The following services are always complimentary:
- Initial fare quotes and itinerary research (unlimited requests)
- Fare comparisons across multiple carriers and routings
- Seat selection and special service requests
- Frequent-flyer number and Known Traveler Number additions
- Booking confirmations, e-ticket delivery, and receipt reprints
- Notification of airline schedule changes
- Rebooking assistance for airline-initiated irregular operations (delays, cancellations)
- 24-hour free cancellation processing (per DOT regulations)
- General travel advice and destination guidance
4. Airline Fees (Not Ours)
The fees listed above are our service fees for processing your request. Airlines impose their own separate fees for changes, cancellations, excess baggage, seat upgrades, and other services. Airline fees vary by carrier, fare class, route, and the specific fare rules of your ticket. We communicate all applicable airline fees to you before you authorize any change. Common airline-imposed fees include:
- Change fees: $0 to $500+ per ticket depending on airline and fare class. Many business and first class fares include complimentary changes.
- Cancellation penalties: $0 (refundable fares) to 100% of the ticket value (non-refundable fares). We always disclose refundability before booking.
- Fare differences: When changing to a more expensive flight or fare class, the airline charges the difference in fare. Downward fare differences are typically non-refundable.
- No-show fees: If you miss your flight without cancelling in advance, the airline may forfeit the ticket value entirely. Always contact us before your departure if you cannot make your flight.
5. How We Communicate Fees
We are committed to full transparency. Our approach:
- All service fees are disclosed before you authorize any transaction.
- Your initial fare quote includes all taxes, surcharges, and government fees — no surprises.
- For post-ticketing changes, we provide a written breakdown of both our service fee and the airline's fee before proceeding.
- We never charge a fee without your explicit consent.
- Fees are denominated in US Dollars (USD).
6. Changes to Our Fee Schedule
We reserve the right to modify our fee schedule at any time. Changes apply to services requested after the effective date of the change and do not affect previously completed transactions. The current fee schedule is always available on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
