Cookie Policy
What cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.
Last updated: 2026-04-16
This Cookie Policy explains how Elite Travel Technologies LLC (DBA BookMyBusinessClass.com) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit https://bookmybusinessclass.com. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer, smartphone, or other device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give website operators useful information about how their site is being used. Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting (“first-party cookies”) or by third-party services operating on that website (“third-party cookies”).
In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as pixels (also called web beacons or tracking pixels), local storage, and session storage. For simplicity, we refer to all of these technologies collectively as “cookies” in this policy.
2. Cookies We Use
We use a limited set of cookies, organized into three categories. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media trackers, or any cookie whose primary purpose is to serve or measure advertisements.
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Site to function properly. They cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take on the Site, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in, or filling in forms. Without these cookies, the Site cannot operate correctly.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __Host-next-auth* | BookMyBusinessClass.com | Session management, CSRF protection, and secure form submissions. | Session |
| __vercel_live_token | Vercel | Hosting platform session management for preview deployments (development only). | Session |
2.2 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site by collecting and reporting information anonymously. They tell us which pages are visited most, how visitors move through the Site, and whether they encounter errors. All data collected is aggregated and anonymous. IP anonymization is enabled on all analytics services.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes unique visitors. Used to calculate visitor, session, and campaign data for analytics reports. | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Maintains session state across page requests. | 2 years |
| _gid | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes unique visitors within a 24-hour period. | 24 hours |
Google Analytics 4 is loaded via Google Tag Manager (GTM) with the lazyOnload strategy, meaning it loads after the page is interactive and does not impact page performance. IP anonymization (anonymize_ip) is enabled. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
2.3 Performance Cookies
These cookies measure Site performance, including page load speed, Core Web Vitals, and error rates. The data is used to optimize the Site and improve user experience.
| Cookie / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Web Analytics | Vercel | Privacy-focused, cookieless web analytics. Measures page views and visitor counts without setting cookies or collecting personal data. | N/A (cookieless) |
| Vercel Speed Insights | Vercel | Measures real-user Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS, TTFB) to monitor and improve page load performance. | N/A (cookieless) |
3. Cookies We Do Not Use
For clarity, we confirm that we do not use any of the following:
- Third-party advertising or retargeting cookies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, Criteo)
- Social media tracking pixels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Cross-site behavioral tracking cookies
- Fingerprinting or device-recognition technologies
- Third-party data brokers or data-selling technologies
4. How to Control Cookies
4.1 Browser settings
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. You can typically find cookie controls in the “Settings,” “Preferences,” or “Privacy” section of your browser. You can:
- View which cookies are stored on your device
- Delete individual cookies or all cookies
- Block all cookies or only third-party cookies
- Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set
Browser-specific instructions:

- Firefox: support.mozilla.org
- Safari: support.apple.com
- Edge: support.microsoft.com
4.2 Google Analytics opt-out
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available for all major browsers.
4.3 Impact of disabling cookies
If you choose to block or delete cookies, the core functionality of the Site — including browsing route pages, reading content, viewing fare information, and submitting quote requests — will continue to work normally. Disabling analytics cookies will not degrade your experience; it will simply mean your visit is not counted in our aggregate usage statistics.
5. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that sends a signal to websites you visit. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, as noted above, we do not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking or serve targeted advertising, so the concerns that DNT is designed to address do not apply to our Site.
6. Cookies and Children
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly set cookies on the devices of children or collect analytics data from children. If you believe a child has accessed the Site, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically.
