What this page covers
The questions our clients ask most often
We know booking premium flights through a consolidator is different from what most travelers are used to. Below are the questions our clients ask most often — from how consolidator fares work to what happens after you book. If your question isn't here, call us at +1 (866) 699-4488 or email support@bookmybusinessclass.com — a real specialist will answer, not a chatbot.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do you offer business class flights up to 70% off retail?
We're a specialist consolidator working with a host consolidator network that holds private fare contracts across 105+ airlines. These contracts give us access to wholesale net fares significantly cheaper than published retail — the same seats, the same aircraft, just priced differently for our channel.
Are these real business class tickets?
Yes — real business class tickets, booked directly with the airline under your name, earning full miles and tier credit. No upgrades, no mileage redemptions, no gimmicks. You board the same cabin as everyone else who booked retail.
How long does a quote take?
Most quotes come back within 15 minutes during the day, and within a couple of hours overnight. Our quote desk is staffed 24/7 — including weekends and US holidays — so you can request a quote or call any time. A real airline specialist searches multiple airlines, routing options and fare contracts for your specific dates.
Can I cancel or change my ticket?
Yes. All fares allow free cancellation within 24 hours of booking (US DOT rule). Beyond that, cancellation and change rules follow the airline’s fare rules — we’ll tell you exactly what they are before you book.
Will I earn frequent flyer miles?
Yes. Because we book you directly with the airline, you earn the full miles and tier credit that come with your fare class — typically 100-125% for business class.
Can I use miles or upgrade certificates with these fares?
No — consolidator fares are cash-only and cannot be combined with mile redemptions or systemwide upgrades. If you want to use miles, book directly with the airline.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), bank wire transfers for fares over $5,000, and corporate credit card accounts for business programs.
Do you book one-way, round-trip, and multi-city?
All three. We also regularly combine multiple carriers on one itinerary — for example, a premium US domestic segment plus international business class on Emirates or Qatar.
Do you book corporate and group travel?
Yes. We run dedicated programs for companies with 10+ annual premium bookings, and group bookings from 10 passengers up. Volume discounts apply. Contact us for corporate onboarding.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We never share or sell your contact information. Quote submissions are encrypted in transit and stored in a PCI-compliant database. Payment processing is handled by our bank partner — we never store full card numbers.
What makes you different from Expedia or Google Flights?
Retail booking sites show published fares. We show unpublished consolidator fares that are 30-70% cheaper on the same routes. We’re also real specialists — you get a human quote, not a booking engine.
Do you charge a fee?
Our margin is built into the fare and any service fee (e.g., complex itinerary fee, group bookings, expedited overnight ticketing) is disclosed on the quote itself — see our Service Fees page for the full schedule. What we quote is what you pay; no post-quote surcharges.
Still have questions?
Our travel specialists are available 24/7 to answer any question about fares, airlines, routing, or the booking process. Real airline nerds, not chatbots.
