What we've learned booking Emirates
Emirates is the airline that taught the rest of the industry what premium travel could look like — the A380 with its onboard bar and shower spa set a standard that competitors are still chasing 15 years later. Our consolidator relationship with Emirates is one of the deepest in our portfolio, and the rates we access are consistently $800-1,200 below direct booking on long-haul business class. The product itself needs little introduction: the 777-300ER Game Changer Business cabin and the A380 upper deck Business are both fully flat with direct aisle access, and the inflight service — multi-course dining, vintage champagne, the bar — operates at a level that makes most Western carriers feel utilitarian by comparison. What's less obvious is that Emirates' value extends beyond the seat: Dubai as a connecting hub gives you onward access to 250+ destinations, their chauffeur drive service picks you up from your door in many cities, and their lounge network is the most extensive of any non-alliance carrier. We book more Emirates business class than any other Gulf carrier, and the consistency of the experience is the reason — you know exactly what you're getting on every flight.

About Emirates
A comprehensive look at Emirates's premium cabins, service philosophy, route network, and what makes them worth flying.
Airline overview
Emirates business class is consistently ranked among the finest in the world. On A380 routes, the upper deck business class cabin offers private suites with closing doors, a world-class bar, and unmatched in-flight entertainment.
Founded in 1985, Emirates is headquartered in UAE and operates to 150+ destinations across 80 countries. The fleet is built around A380, Boeing 777-300ER and Boeing 777-9 for long-haul operations, with additional narrowbody types on regional routes. Emirates operates independently of major global alliances, with select bilateral partnerships for codesharing.
The business class experience
Emirates Business Class features Lie-flat (A380 mini-suite with door). Seat width is 23 inches and fully extended bed length is 79 inches (6'7") — comfortable for passengers up to about 6'3" (190cm) to sleep fully flat. The seat layout on Emirates's long-haul widebody aircraft typically offers direct aisle access for every business class passenger, so you never have to climb over a seatmate.
In-flight entertainment is delivered via 23-inch 4K screen, 5,000+ entertainment options. Dining on Emirates: Arabic-inspired gourmet, Dine on Demand (select routes). Baggage allowance in business class: 2 × 32kg checked + 12kg carry-on. All flights include amenity kits, premium bedding, and priority boarding/baggage handling.
Lounges and ground experience
At the home hub: Emirates Lounge (DXB) + partner lounges worldwide. At other airports worldwide: Priority Pass partner lounges worldwide. Lounge access is included with your business class ticket — you show your boarding pass at the lounge entrance and receive food, drinks, WiFi, and dedicated workspaces until boarding time.
On the ground at departure, Emirates business class passengers get dedicated check-in counters, fast-track security lanes where available, and priority boarding. At arrival, baggage is tagged with priority labels and comes out first — typically saving 15-30 minutes versus economy on heavily-loaded flights.
What travelers say

Emirates aircraft we book
Emirates emirates business class on each aircraft type — cabin product, seat configuration, and route examples.
- Airbus A380Airbus
Double-deck superjumbo. Most carriers reserve the upper deck for premium cabins (Business + First). Cabin is exceptionally quiet at cruise; humidity is higher than older twin-aisle aircraft. Boarding via two jet bridges on most stations.
- Boeing 777-300ERBoeing
The dominant long-haul widebody for the past two decades. Most carriers operate two cabin generations on this airframe: older 2-3-2 Business (avoid where possible) and newer 1-2-1 sliding-door cabins (Emirates Game Changer, BA Club Suite, Qatar Qsuite, AA Flagship Suite).
- Boeing 777-9Boeing
Successor to the 777-300ER. Folding wingtips, larger cabin diameter, lower cabin altitude (~6,000 ft), and quieter cruise than the 300ER. Entry into service still rolling out; most operators have orders but limited current operations.
