The business class experience

Virgin Atlantic Upper Class features Lie-flat suite with closing door (A350-1000). Seat width is 22 inches and fully extended bed length is 79 inches — comfortable for passengers up to about 6'3" (190cm) to sleep fully flat. The seat layout on Virgin Atlantic's long-haul widebody aircraft typically offers direct aisle access for every business class passenger, so you never have to climb over a seatmate.

In-flight entertainment is delivered via 17.3-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth audio. Dining on Virgin Atlantic: Modern British dining, cocktail menu by Clubhouse mixologists. Baggage allowance in business class: 2 × 32kg checked. All flights include amenity kits, premium bedding, and priority boarding/baggage handling.

At the home hub: Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse (LHR/JFK) — cocktail bar, spa, brasserie. At other airports worldwide: SkyTeam partner lounges + Delta Sky Clubs. Lounge access is included with your business class ticket — you show your boarding pass at the lounge entrance and receive food, drinks, WiFi, and dedicated workspaces until boarding time.

On the ground at departure, Virgin Atlantic business class passengers get dedicated check-in counters, fast-track security lanes where available, and priority boarding. At arrival, baggage is tagged with priority labels and comes out first — typically saving 15-30 minutes versus economy on heavily-loaded flights.
