Call your agent, then email us the competitor's itinerary. We match the price and send your $100 voucher.
How to Claim
- Call your travel agent first. Contact the agent who handled your booking at +1 (866) 699-4488 within 2 hours of your ticket purchase. Let them know you have found a lower fare and would like to invoke the Best Price Guarantee.
- Email us the competitor's itinerary. Send a screenshot or PDF of the competing offer to fares@bookmybusinessclass.com with the subject line “Best Price Guarantee Claim.” The competitor's quote must include the full itinerary, fare details, and total price.
- We verify and match.Our team will verify the competitor's fare against the same airline inventory. If the claim qualifies under the rules below, we will adjust your fare to match the lower price and issue your $100 voucher within 5 business days.
Qualification Rules
To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee plus $100 voucher, all of the following must be true:
- Timing: You must contact us within 2 hours of your ticket purchase. Claims received after 2 hours will not be honored.
- Identical itinerary:The competitor's offer must be for the exact same flights — same airline(s), same flight number(s), same departure and arrival airports, same travel dates, same cabin class, and same number of passengers.
- Same fare basis:The competitor's fare must use the same fare basis code (booking class) and fare calculation as your ticket. Different fare classes, even on the same flight, are different products and do not qualify.
- Publicly available fare: The competing fare must be available for purchase by the general public at the time of verification. Fares restricted to loyalty program members, corporate accounts, employee discounts, frequent-flyer redemptions, or error fares do not qualify.
- Same fare rules: The competing fare must carry the same refundability, change, and cancellation conditions. A non-refundable fare will not be compared against a refundable fare.
- Verifiable source:You must provide a complete screenshot or booking page from a legitimate, licensed travel agency, online travel agency (OTA), or airline website. The competitor's quote must show the total price including all taxes, fees, and surcharges.
- Same currency: Both fares must be quoted in USD. We do not compare cross-currency pricing or adjust for exchange-rate differences.
What Does Not Qualify
The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
- Fares found more than 2 hours after your ticket was issued
- Different flights, routes, airlines, cabin classes, or travel dates than your booked itinerary
- Group fares, consolidator-only fares from other agents, corporate contract rates, or negotiated fares not available to the general public
- Airline error fares or pricing glitches (fares subsequently withdrawn by the airline)
- Frequent-flyer award redemptions or points-based bookings
- Fares bundled with hotel, car rental, or vacation packages
- Fares available only through coupon codes, cashback programs, or credit-card-specific promotions
- Charter flights, repositioning cruises, or non-scheduled air service
- Bookings that have already been changed, partially used, or cancelled
$100 Voucher Terms
- The $100 voucher is issued as a credit toward your next booking with BookMyBusinessClass.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- One voucher per booking. Multiple claims on the same booking are not permitted.
- The voucher is non-transferable and has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or applied to an existing booking retroactively.
- The voucher may be applied to any new business class, first class, or premium economy booking.
- If your next booking total is less than $100, the remaining voucher balance is forfeited.
- The voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts unless otherwise stated.
- Elite Travel Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee program at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect claims already submitted and approved.
Disputes
All Best Price Guarantee claims are reviewed and decided by our team at our sole discretion. Our determination of whether a competing fare meets the qualification rules is final. If we are unable to verify the competing fare at the time of your claim (e.g., the fare has sold out or been withdrawn), the claim will not be honored. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Use.
