Quoted fares and availability
Fares shown on BookMyBusinessClass represent indicative consolidator pricing observed across recent booking windows. Every quote for a specific date, route, and cabin is priced individually against live airline inventory at the moment of request. Published prices are illustrative starting points — not locked quotes — and actual fares vary with season, demand, the carrier, and the fare bucket available when you book. All fares remain subject to change without notice until the ticket is issued in your name.
What a quote includes
Unless disclosed otherwise on the quote itself, every fare quote is all-inclusive of the base fare, airport and government taxes, security and airport-improvement fees, and any carrier-imposed fuel or surcharge components. A quote does not cover: seat selection fees the airline charges separately, bags beyond the cabin-class allowance, premium meal upgrades, pet or unaccompanied-minor handling, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, or optional travel insurance. Any BookMyBusinessClass service fee applicable to your itinerary is itemized on the quote before you commit to pay — see the Service Fees page for the complete schedule.
Our role as a selling agent
BookMyBusinessClass operates as an IATA-trained specialist consolidator agency, selling airline tickets through an accredited host consolidator network. Transportation itself is provided by the operating carrier under its own contract of carriage; we act as an authorized selling agent and are not the air carrier. Operational matters — cabin service, on-time performance, baggage handling, schedule changes, crew conduct, and in-flight experience — are the responsibility of the operating airline under its published policies.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Every new booking qualifies for free cancellation and a full refund within 24 hours of ticketing under the US Department of Transportation’s 24-hour rule, provided the departure date falls at least seven calendar days after the purchase date. Beyond that window, change and cancellation rights follow the fare rules attached to the specific ticket class purchased. Most premium-cabin consolidator fares permit changes for a fee and partial refunds with penalty; a limited number of deeply-discounted fare buckets are non-refundable. The rules that apply to your specific ticket are disclosed on your quote prior to payment.
Travel documents are the passenger’s responsibility
You remain solely responsible for obtaining and presenting all travel documentation required for your itinerary — valid passport with adequate remaining validity, visas or electronic travel authorizations for every country on the routing, immunization records, health declarations, and transit permissions. BookMyBusinessClass is not licensed to provide immigration advice and cannot be held liable for denied boarding, denied entry, re-routing, or deportation arising from documentation that is missing, expired, or non-compliant at the time of travel.
Communication consent
By providing a phone number, email address, or other contact method in connection with a quote request, a call to our desk, a form submission, or a newsletter subscription, you consent to receive booking-related communications from BookMyBusinessClass at the contact methods you have provided. This includes fare quotes, itinerary confirmations, schedule-change notices, reminders, and post-trip follow-up. Consent to marketing communications is separate and optional; it can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe mechanism included in every marketing message, without affecting transactional communications tied to an active itinerary.
