FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I estimate my business class fare?
Use the benchmarks below as a starting point, filtered by your route distance. Actual fare varies ±20% based on airline, season, advance purchase, and routing. Our free quote gives you the exact number.
Why does price vary so much between airlines on the same route?
Each airline prices independently based on their fill rate, hub connectivity, cabin product, and competitive position. A $2,000 difference between carriers on identical dates is common — part of our job is finding the cheapest competitive option.
What adds cost beyond the ticket price?
Nothing from us — we quote all-in pricing. Airlines may charge separately for seat upgrades (rare in business class, which usually includes seat selection), excess baggage, or pet travel. Taxes and fees are always included in our quotes.
Does booking further in advance save money?
Generally yes — the sweet spot is 8-12 weeks for most routes, 3-4 months for peak summer and December. Last-minute (under 2 weeks) is rarely cheaper for business class; award availability and cancellation-driven pricing are exceptions.
