How to read this index

What these prices mean

The prices below are our starting consolidator fares — the lowest rate we have accessed on each route in recent booking windows. Your actual fare depends on your specific travel dates, booking lead time, carrier, and fare class. Think of these as the floor, not the ceiling: most quotes come in within 10-20% of the index price for off-peak travel, and higher during peak season (summer, December holidays, Hajj/Ramadan for Middle East routes).

We update these prices as our consolidator contracts refresh. The “savings percentage” compares our consolidator rate against the published retail fare on the same airline's website for the same cabin class. Savings of 55-70% are typical on long-haul international business class; domestic and short-haul routes show smaller discounts because the retail base fare is already lower.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are these the actual prices I will pay?
These are starting consolidator fares — the lowest we have accessed on each route. Your actual fare depends on travel dates, airline, and booking lead time. Most quotes fall within 10-20% of the index price for off-peak travel.
How often are prices updated?
Our consolidator contracts refresh regularly. The index reflects recent booking-window pricing across our airline contracts. For a real-time fare on your specific dates, request a free quote.
Why are some routes so much cheaper than others?
Three factors: flight distance, carrier competition, and demand. Routes with 3-4 competing carriers (like JFK-LHR) have lower fares than routes with limited competition. Short-haul routes are inherently cheaper, but the savings percentage is smaller.
What does the savings percentage mean?
It compares our consolidator fare against the same airline's published retail business class fare for the same route. A 65% saving on a $5,500 retail fare means you pay approximately $1,925 through us.
