Deal Alerts

Get notified when business class fares drop

Personalized fare alerts on the routes you care about. Real specialists watching consolidator contracts, not automated scrapers. No spam, no filler, no membership fees — just real deals when they appear.

How It Works

Four steps to personalized alerts

Setup takes about 5 minutes on our end and zero effort on yours after that.

  1. 01

    Tell us your routes

Send us your home airport (or airports), preferred destinations, and travel flexibility. We set up a personalized watchlist in 1 business day.

  2. 02

    We monitor fares

Our airline specialists monitor consolidator contracts and live fare databases continuously. When a fare drops below your alert threshold, we act.

  3. 03

    You get notified

Email alert with the airline, dates, fare, aircraft type, and a one-click quote request link. Alerts are sent the same day the fare appears.

  4. 04

    You decide

If the deal works, reply to the alert and we book it. If not, the alert is informational — we’re not pushy, and there’s zero obligation.

What We Alert You About

Six types of business class deal alerts

  • 📉

    Fare drops

Existing routes where the consolidator rate drops below your target — typically 5-10% swings.

  • Mistake fares

Rare pricing errors where an airline accidentally publishes deeply discounted business class. Airlines frequently cancel these post-booking — we flag them, but they should be treated as a gamble, not a reliable fare.

  • 🎄

    Seasonal opens

When airlines open new travel dates (typically 330 days out) we flag the cheapest opening-day pricing.

  • 🌐

    New routes

When a new airline launches or adds a route you care about, launch pricing is often 20-30% below steady state.

  • 💺

    Seat sales

Airline-initiated sales (common on Singapore, Cathay, Emirates) — short windows, meaningful discounts.

  • 🏢

    Corporate rates

If you’re on our corporate program, we alert you when volume-tier pricing opens on your top routes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do deal alerts work?
Tell us your home airport and preferred destinations. When a consolidator fare drops below our alert threshold on your routes, we email you with a direct booking link. Each alert includes pricing, airline, dates, aircraft type, and a one-click quote request. No automation — real specialists compile each alert.
How often will I get alerts?
Typically 1-3 per week, depending on how many routes you’re watching and how volatile the pricing is. We don’t send filler — only real deal drops. Some weeks you get zero, other weeks you get five. We’d rather send nothing than send noise.
Is this a subscription service?
No. Deal alerts are completely free. We only ask that you book with us when you use an alert. There’s no monthly fee, no membership, no commitment. Many clients just use us for alerts for months before actually booking.
Can I unsubscribe or pause alerts?
Yes — one click in any alert email. You can also email us to pause alerts for a specific time window (e.g., while you’re traveling) and we’ll resume automatically on the date you specify.
Do I need to give you my credit card?
No. Deal alerts don’t require any payment information. When you decide to book a specific deal, you’ll pay through our normal quote process. Credit card details are never stored in our alert system.
What’s a typical alert look like?
Example: "Qatar Airways Qsuite NYC-DOH round-trip available at $1,950 (usually $2,400) for travel Feb 10-28, 2027. A350-1000 aircraft, 8 hours, Al Mourjan lounge access included. Reply to book or discuss." Short, specific, actionable.
Can I specify airlines I prefer or avoid?
Yes. When you set up alerts, you can specify airline preferences (e.g., "only Star Alliance for mile earning" or "avoid carriers with no lie-flat on this route"). We’ll filter alerts accordingly.
What if I want alerts for a trip in the next 2 weeks?
Short-notice alerts rarely produce meaningful savings in premium cabins — last-minute business class pricing is almost always higher, not lower. For short-notice travel, just call us directly for a custom quote. Deal alerts are best for travel planned 6+ weeks out.
