Day 1

Depart USA

Business class departure from your US city. Lie-flat bed for restful overnight travel. Meals and lounge access included.

Day 2

Arrive Jeddah → Makkah

Private transfer from Jeddah airport to your 5★ hotel in Makkah (80km, approx. 1 hour). Check in, rest, and prepare for Umrah.

Day 3

Umrah rites

Enter Ihram. Your dedicated guide accompanies you for Tawaf (7 circuits of the Kaaba), Sa'i (7 walks between Safa and Marwa), and Halq/Taqsir. Umrah complete.

Days 4-7

Makkah — worship & exploration

Do your packages include the Umrah visa?

Our packages include visa coordination with our Saudi-approved Umrah partner operator. For US passport holders, the Saudi tourist eVisa (which permits Umrah) can also be obtained directly online through the Nusuk platform — we advise on the best visa route for your situation. Visa costs are included in the package price for the Essentials and Premium tiers.

Can I customize my package?

Yes — every package is fully customizable. Common modifications include: upgrading from 4★ to 5★ hotels, adding extra nights in either city, switching from ground transfer to Haramain Railway, adding a Dubai or Istanbul stopover, adjusting departure city, and adding special dietary requirements. We rebuild the package pricing for your specific modifications and provide a single all-in quote.

How close are the hotels to the Haram?

Our Essentials (4★) hotels are 400-600 meters from Masjid al-Haram in Makkah — roughly 8-12 minutes walking. Our Premium (5★) hotels are 100-300 meters — 2-5 minutes walking. Our Ramadan Exclusive hotels are selected for direct Haram view, typically within 100 meters. Exact hotel assignment depends on availability at the time of booking and the season. We always confirm the specific hotel name and walking distance before you pay.

What does the Ziyarah tour include?

The Ziyarah (religious visit) tour in Makkah covers Jabal al-Nour (Cave of Hira), Jabal Thawr (Cave of Thawr), Muzdalifah, Mina, and the Arafat plain. The Madinah Ziyarah covers Masjid Quba (the first mosque), Masjid al-Qiblatain (Mosque of Two Qiblas), the Mount Uhud battlefield and martyrs' cemetery, the Baqi cemetery, and the date farms. Tours are conducted in English by licensed guides with groups of 6-12 people.

Do you offer female-only group packages?

Yes. Our partner operator runs monthly female-only Umrah groups with mahram guidance where required by Saudi regulation. Female-only groups have a dedicated female guide, prayer-time coordination, and hotel rooms on ladies-only floors where available. Group sizes are typically 8-15 women. Contact us for the next available departure date.

Can I bring my elderly parents on a package?

Yes — many of our package bookings include elderly parents or grandparents. For elderly pilgrims, we add wheelchair assistance at all airports and within the Haram complex, arrange ground-floor hotel rooms or rooms near elevators, coordinate special meals (diabetic, soft food, low-sodium), and ensure the Ziyarah vehicle is accessible. Business class flights are strongly recommended for elderly travelers to ensure they arrive rested.

What is the Haramain High-Speed Railway?

The Haramain Railway is a 450 km/h high-speed train connecting Makkah, Jeddah, and Madinah. The journey from Makkah to Madinah takes approximately 2 hours. Business class on the Haramain Railway features comfortable reclining seats, in-seat service, and Wi-Fi. It is faster and more comfortable than the 4-5 hour drive. Our Premium and Exclusive packages include the option to travel between the holy cities by train instead of road.

What happens if I need to cancel my package?

Flights follow standard airline cancellation rules (free within 24 hours per DOT regulations). Hotels have their own cancellation policies — typically free cancellation up to 14-30 days before check-in, and partial or no refund closer to the date. Ground services (transfers, Ziyarah) are refundable up to 7 days before the start date. We explain all cancellation policies for every component of your package before you pay, in writing, so there are no surprises.

Can I extend my stay or add extra nights?

Yes. Extra nights in Makkah or Madinah can be added to any package at the per-night hotel rate plus any flight date adjustment fee. We also offer post-Umrah extensions to Riyadh (for AlUla day trips), Dubai (2-3 days), or Istanbul (2-3 days). Extensions are priced as add-ons to your base package.

Do you provide a guide for the actual Umrah rites?

The Premium and Exclusive packages include a dedicated English-speaking guide who walks you through every step of the Umrah rites: Ihram preparation, Tawaf (circumambulation), Sa'i (walking between Safa and Marwa), and Halq/Taqsir (hair cutting). The guide meets you at your hotel and accompanies you through the entire Umrah process. The Essentials package includes a detailed written guide and video briefing but not a personal guide.
